Our Vision, Purpose, and Beliefs

Blue Mission´s vision is grounded on the support and empowerment of the individual, family, community, and the nation to maintain and respect the human rights of children and all mankind.

Blue Mission is founded on humanitarian and egalitarian ideals. We believe in the intrinsic worth and dignity of every human being and are committed to the values of acceptance, self-determination, and respect of individuality. We believe in the obligation of all people, individually and collectively, to provide resources, services, and opportunities for the overall benefit of humanity.

The purpose of Blue Mission is to ensure interventions that deliver services and also strengthen Lebanon’s national capacities and management efforts to provide long-lasting solutions to face current challenges and human rights violations.

Achieving Our Purpose:

Blue Mission Organisation uses a holistic approach combining programmes that target not only refugees, IDP´s and the vulnerable Lebanese community but also the community as a whole, including the volunteers, activators, and mobilizers working with the vulnerable population.  Blue Mission provides services in education, health, mental health, protection and life skills training. Moreover, we support the empowerment of individuals to become active motors of change and ensure the sustainability of a culture of peace. We are based on the conviction that psychosocial education helps break the cycles of violence, and empowers individuals and communities to overcome their deep wounds.

In order to achieve its purposes, Blue Mission remains accountable to all stakeholders, especially the most vulnerable population.

Everybody has the right to live free from violence and scarcity to reach their full potential as an individual and as a member of a community. We believe with a holistic approach and the engagement of every chain of the society including other organizations and local institutions we can make this possible.
